I managed to catch Westlife at the NEC on the 4th March and I must say I was greatly impressed. I had not seen such a frenzied audience since the days of Take That. In some ways it reminded me of Take That's last concert, ie, car on stage for Uptown Girl but mostly with the use of treadmills during Seasons on the Sun. Having said this though, I thoroughly enjoyed the evening and thought the concert was brill. I had seen Boyzone on their last tour and I will say that Westlife out played them 100%. Let's not forget the support acts who I thought were also very good.
