FIVE IN A ROW!
WE JUST CAN'T BELIEVE IT

Hi Kian here,

WHAT more can we say about last weekend. It was just incredible to go straight to Number One in the UK with Fool Again.
Even now, as I write this column for the Sunday World, it's just hard to believe that Westlife have created pop history by scoring five straight hits in a row.

It's all happening so fast, but it was Boyzone who opened the door for all the Irish pop acts and we'll always be grateful to them.

Ronan has been brilliant to us and he was the first to congratulate us when the news came through last Sunday. It was such a nerve racking experience as we didn't know until the final moment whether or not we were going to do it. There were lots of trips to the loo on Sunday morning I can tell you.

Unfortunately, we didn't have time to go home and celebrate because of commitments in America. We were jumping around the plane on the way out - it's a wonder it didn't crash!

It's crazy over here at the moment as we're promoting our American single, Swear It Again, which is already in the charts and moving up week by week.

We're hopping from one plane to another, doing interview after interview, but enjoying every minute of it. Give you all the details on our Stateside trip next week. Don't miss it.

CONGRATULATIONS to Linda O'Connell from Ballincollig, Co Cork, who is the lucky winner of the first two tickets for our very first concert at Dublin's Point Depot next March 19.

Linda will also receive two Westlife goodie packs with lots and lots of our stuff to accompany her tickets. So she can pass a ticket and goodie pack on to a family member or friend.

Like Nicky said last week, as the Point gigs next year will be our first every full concerts at home, they're going to be very, very special.
