Bryan collapses with exhaustion! US finishes off Westlife! Mariah Carey loves Westlife!

Disappear to America for a couple of weeks and the rumours are bound to start. Who better to ask for the truth behind the headlines than the Westlife lads, eh?

Fresh from opening the Harrods sale, Club grabbed the lads to hear why Mariah Carey lived up to all of Shane's expectations. "I was really, really, tired. I couldn't concentrate, which meant of course I wasn't giving the band anything like my best work." So says Bryan on why he left their US tour early due to nervous exhaustion.
Bryan denies he was put in hospital, saying that after a few days off, back in Ireland, he was fine again. "We were going from plane to studio to plane to TV show to plane. It was madness."
Although Bryan had to leave Westlife's US promotional visit early, Kian denies the band can't hack the pace of trying to crack the American market. "Sure, Bryan was run down, but it's not true we all cam home early," insists Kian. "Shane came home for his sister's wedding, but Nicky, Mark and I stayed for the duration."
Bryan butts in: "Yeah, they had to do all the work. Ha ha!"
According to Nicky, the highlight of Westlife's US visit was their day at Disneyworld. "I've always wanted to go. It was fantastic," he beams. For Mark, it was recording a duet with his heroine Mariah Carey. "I was terrified of Mariah at first," he admits. "For the first afternoon we were with her, I was stuttering like a complete idiot. I couldn't speak in the same room, never mind trying to sing."
Come on then, guys, what's Mariah Carey really like? "She looked exactly how I thought she would," giggles Shane. "Hot pants, crop-top and high heels. Sensational! That's why Mark couldn't speak."
Getting serious for a second, Kian add Mariah is "a beautiful person - more friendly than I thought she might be."
Then Bryan, for some reason, starts doing Ronan impressions. Welcome back!
