Chapter 1 It was 2.30 in the afternoon and my best friend, and I were going to . We had won a pair of backstage passes to meet Westlife. "Oh my God!" was shouting,in the cab."Come on! Don't get too freaked out cos you'll just start to freak me out too!!'' I told her. I just knew that at that moment, the cab driver was totally annoyed with us. Chapter 2 When my we reached the place, paid the cab driver. Before we managed to get backstage, we had to show our backstage passes to the guards. When we got in, I saw Bryan and Nicky.Then, after a few moments, we saw Mark and Kian. When Kian saw , he moved towards her.he then said in a very soft Irish accent, "My name's Kian.What's yours?" "My name's and this is my best friend ." They started to begin talking and went somewhere further. Bryan looked towards me and smiled. Then he went somewhere else. At that time, Shane came out. Cameras started flashing. He began smiling at other people when he saw me. Suddenly there was silence. He came up to me and said, "Hi! My name's Shane.'' "I know,'' I replied and smiled sheepishly. "By the way, my name's !'' I told him. "Hey, why don't we sit down and chat?" he asked, politely. " Sure" I replied, giving him a nod. Chapter 3 We sat there chatting til an announcement was made. "Westlife, please gather up with your girls and introduce yourselves,'' the anouncer said. We gathered up at this big comfy couch and introduced ourselves. "My name's and I came here with my best friend, ." Blah,blah,blah for half an hour. Then, another announcement was made. "Westlife, please come to the dressing room and get ready for the concert.'' Shane pulled me closer and asked, "Hope you're free tonight?'' I gave him a nod and he continued, "Good.Later, I'll bring you somewhere with the other guys. I hope it's alright with ya?'' I nodded again. "Brilliant! I see you later?''he whispered. I smiled weakly and he gave me a kiss on my cheek. "I couldn't believe this was happening to me!" I thought to myself. Chapter 4 "Thank you !! Hope you've enjoyed yourselves but before we go, this girl by the name of , please come up!" Shane shouted. I told what Shane told me and she told me to have fun. I went up and they said goodbye to the crowd and we went backstage. They quickly dragged me into a big black car. They greeted me with big warm hugs and told me that they wanted to bring me to a club. When we reached there, we sat at a table and started to chat. I found out that Shane and me had the same taste about many things. He suddenly took my hand and said, "Would you care to dance with me?" I smiled at him and got off my chair. We began dancing to a slow song. I took the initiative to start a conversation to break the silence between us. He then told me a joke that started to crack me up. Suddenly, we looked deep into each others' eyes and began kissing. It was a kiss so tender and soft as he put one arm around my waist and the other stroking my hair. I just couldn't believe it. We stopped and went back to our seats. "I don't want to end this night but I'm afraid I have to go now. I totally enjoyed myself and I hope you did too.'' I gave him a weak smile and he said, " Yeah, I did have a good time. Can I have yer telephone number and your address?'' "Sure," I said and wrote it on a piece of paper. "Thanks," he said. We got out of the club and he said, " Let's go out tomorrow at 8.00 p.m. I'll pick you up." "Sure," I said. I flagged for a cab and got into it. I waved him goodbye and he got back inside. "Hey," Nicky said "she's gone back home,huh?" "Yes. You know, Nicky, I think I'm in love with her," Shane told Nicky. "Yep. I think you're in love with her mate, I think you're in love!" Nicky answered. Chapter 5 12.00 noon***** I was at Orchard Road with my guy friend, . He went out with me cos he wanted to tell me his problems he was having with his girlfriend. We talked & talked and we managed to solve the problem. We then decided to give each other a hug. Coincedentally, Shane and the rest of the lads were there too. ", is that you?" Shane asked startled. "It's not what it seems to be like," I managed to say. "Are you seeing someone behind my back?!" "NO!!!!" I screamed. " I am not!!" Shane said soo many things that he did not give me any chances to say anything. I ran away from there in tears. Chapter 6 When I got home, I cried and cried until my eyes got swollen. For six months, whenever we got on the phone, we would always get in an argument. I just couldn't get over him but I had a feeling that he had gotten over me. Chapter 7 After 7 months***** "Westlife are coming back!" shouted. She quickly got out of the house and bought two tickets. When she got home, she begged me to follow her. Well I had no choice, so I agreed. Chapter 8 The day of the concert came sooo quickly and I couldn't belive that she had gotten front row seats. During the concert, I kept staring at Shane at thought about that day in the club. At the end of the concert, Shane said, " There's a girl out there whom I let go of last year. I miss her and love her dearrly and I hope she's here, somewhere. , I love you and this song's for you!!" I was crying when they sang If I Let You Go. I buried my head in my hands and the concert was soon over. Lena brought me to the carpark, where I saw Shane. I wanted to throw myself to him when,"Bang!" I realized that blood was oozing out of me. I was soon unconscious. "! Wake up!" I tried to open my heavy eyelids but it was so hard so I did it slowly. "You're awake!" Shane said. He grabbed my hand and he started to say,"I meant what I said just now! Believe me!" I gave him a nod and he said, "I love you!'' |
