“ I think I’d better not go in…Or else your brother’s gonna have a fight with me! heh heh” Kian said. “Okay then, goodnight.” I told him. “..” Kian said suddenly and gently touched his lips with mine. “ Don’t leave me without a kiss!” he said when we parted. I smiled and gave him a quick kiss on the lips. I waved him goodbye & he drove away in the darkness back home. That’s what happens after every date we have, I don’t know when will he ever be able to come in to my house. But it’s better if he doesn’t, ‘coz if he does, my elder brother would kill him. I live with my brother, . My parents passed away 10 years ago in a tragic accident and left my brother to take care of me. My boyfriend, the love of my life who I’ve been with for 3 years already, Kian Egan is my brother’s worst enemy. I lay on my bed and thought about the moments I’ve shared with Kian as I drifted off to sleep. **Flash back on the moments** WHEN WE FIRST MET pushed Kian forward to the girl at the park. Kian gathered all his courage and finally managed to talk with a bit of quiver in his voice. “Aherm..uh-I–uh..Hello.” Kian said stupidly. “Hello,” replied with a smile that just melted Kian down to the floor like a piece of cheese in the microwave oven. “ Erm, I’m Kian and i was just erm walking by and I erm saw you erm so gorgeous and I erm justcouldn’thelpmyselffromfeelingsoattracted!” Kian said quickly. “It’s alright, you look great too. By the way I’m ” replied shyly. “Erm, is a movie and dinner with you okay for tomorrow night?” Kian asked courageously. “ Sure, I’d love to. Here’s my number, you can call me to tell me the details for our date tomorrow.” said as she wrote her phone number on a piece if paper. “Thanks! It was nice meeting you.” Kian said dreamily. FIRST DATE Both Kian and walked hand in hand by the beach after the movie and dinner. “So, erm.. did you enjoy tonight?” Kian asked. “Yeah, it’s wonderful. I loved it.” replied. “ ,” Kian said and caught ’s beautiful eyes under the moonlight. ’s heart skipped a beat as Kian motioned closer and kissed her passionately. “I’m sorry, I-uh, couldn’t help it ‘coz you’re so beautiful.” Kian said and blushed. MOVIE AT KIAN’S “Ready for the movie?!” Kian exclaimed excitedly. “Oh, wait!! I’ll go get some essentials.” suddenly remembered. “Hurry!” Kian exclaimed. “…..OKAY!!” came back with arms full of chips, ice cream, chocolate, can drinks and a box of tissue. Kian laughed at the adorable sight of her. Kian and spent each day together, cuddling to watch movies at Kian’s, going for romantic dinners, shopping, swimming and enjoying each other’s company. ** End of flash back** The next night… “Ki, you okay? Maybe we’ll just get a cab or something.” told Kian. Both of them just came out of the Pub and Kian was absolutely drunk. “I’m fine sweetheart! Don’t you worry!!” Kian told her. “You’re too drunk. Don’t drive alright? Let me drive.” said concerned. “I’m fine, I’m fine, just get into the car and we’ll be home any minute I guarantee!” Kian said. As sat and watched Kian drive recklessly like a mad man on the road, she finally knew it was too dangerous… “Kian stop! It’s enough, let me drive okay?? Listen to me KIAN!!!!!” screamed at him. Unfortunately it was too late. BANG!! Their car had crashed into a big truck and the red Porsche went straight under the big truck. People who saw the accident crowded around and called for help. In the hospital… “It was all my fault, I should’ve listened to her, but I ignored her man!! I wish I could just trade my life with hers mate! I don’t wanna live anymore!!! ARGHHHHHH!!” Kian shouted to regretfully. “Kian, calm down, don’t let see you this way. She’ll be upset.” tried to comfort him. “HOW THE HELL ON EARTH AM I SUPPOSE TO CALM DOWN WHEN I ALMOST KILLED THE LOVE OF MY LIFE????????!!!!” Kian screamed his head off. “I’m sorry mate.” said, he was shocked when he heard the news. 3 hours ago the hospital called and told him that Kian and occurred in an accident and was sent to the emergency ward. When reached at the hospital the doctor said that Kian only had small injuries but was in a critical condition and that she needed to go through an operation. It had been 3 hours already and both Kian and were so tensed up. “I should be sorry , I should be sorry, I was the cause she’s like that, it’s all my fault!!!!” Kian said in between sobs and tears. Kian had cried until his eyes were bloodshot and he had been saying words of regret ever since the past 3 hours. suddenly burst into the waiting room and kicked Kian in the stomach. Kian fell to the floor and cried in pain. “What have you done to my sister???!!! LOOK WHAT YOU’VE DONE!!!!!!!!” screamed at Kian. Kian remained on the floor, crying and feeling regretful, his shoulders were trembling and he didn’t care if were to kill him right there and then. He just wished that he could turn back time and listened to . “YOU BASTARD!! IF I LOSE MY SISTER, I’M GONNA MAKE YOU SUFFER FOR ETERNITY!!” pulled Kian’s bloodstained shirt and gave him a big punch on his face. tried to stop the fight and took Kian out of the room. 5 minutes later… “ !!” both and Kian heard cry out. They quickly ran in and saw nurses wheeling her to the patient’s room. The three of them followed. “Which one of you here is the patient’s family member?” the doctor asked. “I’m her brother,” answered. “Your sister is in a stable condition already, we’ve tried our best but I’m afraid that she might lose her memory. I’m very sorry,” the doctor reported and left. Tears filled Kian’s eyes again as he heard the last few words the doctor had just mentioned. “ She’ll lose her memory. She’ll lose her memory.” Kian murmured to himself. didn’t know how to react but he hugged Kian tightly. rushed into the patient’s room immediately with tears flowing down his cheeks. stayed in the room the whole night watching his poor sister lying unconsciously on the bed. When fell asleep, Kian went in quietly into the room. He had to see her. He just wanted to see how she was. “ ,” Kian kneeled down beside the bed and held her hand as just stood and watched. “ , I’m so, so sorry. I should’ve listened to you, we should’ve taken the cab, I should’ve let you drive the car. I’m so sorry, love. If only it was me who’s lying on this bed. I couldn’t bear to see you here. He felt as if someone had stabbed him from the back when she said goodbye and shut the door. Kian missed so much it hurt him a lot. He couldn’t think of anything else but her. He knew he made her like this. “You deserve it! Why didn’t you listen to her that night? Why? This wouldn’t be happening if you weren’t foolish to not listen to her. You deserve all this!! I bet you’re delighted for what you’ve done!!!!!!!” Kian shouted as he glared fiercely at himself into the mirror. Kian blamed himself for everything. He cried himself to sleep every night. He had never felt so awful and lonely before. He needed so badly. He wanted to feel her in his arms, he wanted to touch her smooth black hair, he wanted to feel her fair and soft skin, he needed her each day to move on. “Try to forget about her Ki, just the way she did about you.” He remembered suggesting to him. Kian tried real hard, but it was impossible to just erase her from his mind. She was everything to him, the air that he breathes, the light that he sees. The next day… Kian went to ’s house again. After taking a walk by the beach, they thought of going to Kian’s house for a while. “You want something to drink?” Kian asked. “Sure.” replied as she went to ‘visit’ Kian’s room. “Hmm…” Kian said as he hugged by the waist from behind and gave her a kiss on the cheek. “Just having a ‘tour’ around your room,” said mischeviously. “Mmmmm…I’m sure you wouldn’t mind having a more in-depth tour then?” “Hmmm..” said as the two reunited souls made love that night. The next morning… Kian woke up and saw sleeping peacefully beside him. Suddenly, woke up and realized that a pair of eyes had been watching on her. “ Morning sweetheart,” Kian said softly as he gave her a warm kiss. “ Morning,” replied. That night, Kian bought a beautiful necklace with a heart-shaped pendant which he thought of giving it to , he placed it in his pocket but it missed and fell on the side of the road as he ran across the street to ’s house. “Hello sweetheart!” Kian said when opened the door. “I’m ready to go,” said. “Before that, I wanna give you a necklace which I bought on my way here. It’s very pretty y’know.” Kian told her as he fiddled into his pocket for the gift. “Hmm…I placed it here just a minute ago.” Kian said as he continued to dig in his pocket. “Maybe you dropped it on the way here,” suggested. “Oh, is it that one?” pointed at the necklace across the road. She walked over to get it without realizing that a car was driving in her direction in a fast speed. When Kian saw the car, he tried to warn , but he was too late by a second as he saw the car hit right in front of his eyes. Kian immediately ran to the other side of the road when he saw lying helplessly on the ground. He held her in his arms as tears welled up in his eyes. “Kian…” called out weakly, with the necklace in her hand, by now blood was flowing out from every part of her body. “Someone, call the ambulance!!!” Kian shouted as he cradled in his arms. The driver who hit quickly called the ambulance. “ What the hell is wrong with you GOD!! Why do you always have to take her away from me?! She’s mine, she belongs to me!!!! You created her for me!! Why the hell are you taking her away now??!!” Kian shouted out to the sky, hoping that God would just leave him and alone. “Why do you want her? What do you want from her? She’s mine, we’re getting married soon!!! We’re gonna have kids soon!!! Why do you have to take that all away from me when I am the happiest man in the world??!!!!” Kian shouted in tears. He was absolutely heart broken ; he was totally gutted by what God had done to him. They have just reunited and now God was taking away from his life again. “You can take my life if you want to!!! Just don’t make her suffer anymore!!! She’s suffered enough!!! Trade my life with hers!!! Leave her alone!!!” Kian pleaded. “Young man,” suddenly an old man from behind called Kian. “Who are you?” Kian asked, he couldn’t see the man’s face clearly in the darkness and his vision was blurred from his tears. “I’m an angel sent from above,” the man said. “ Great! Tell God he can NEVER EVER take away from me!” Kian shouted at him. “I heard you just now, I can help you trade your life with hers, but are you really willing to do it?” the man asked Kian patiently. “Yes, I am willing to. I would do anything to make sure she gets up and move on with her life,” Kian answered him without any hesitation. “Even if it means going down to hell to break her death spell?” “Yes.” “Very well then young man, do not regret.” And with that, Kian suddenly fell into a deep hole into another world…the world of hell. “ I am Death. Why the hell are you here?!” “I’m here to break ’s death spell.” “My, my, do you even know what you’re doing you rat! It will kill you.” “I don’t care as long as she’s able to be saved and get on with her life.” “Fine with you, but you’ll end up over here in hell then…aren’t you going to regret?” “Never. But I want to see her before I die.” “As you wish.” It was like a dream, Kian suddenly saw the accident happening again, but this time, he was in time to push away before the car hit into her, instead it hit Kian. “Kian, don’t leave me alone in this world, I can’t live my life without you, Kian.” said with tears flowing down her cheeks freely as she cuddled Kian in her arms. “Someone HELP!!
