Fans meetings with the lads... By Lior, ankoryr@netvision.net.il Here is the LONG story.......(including something about the Spice Girls. I didn't have a choise because it is related to the story. Well....I love also the Spice Girls like u probably guessed....:) I've been a fan of them since 1996, and that's why I was so excited when I won the ticket for the concert! I mean, I've never won anything in my life before! Well, maybe I exaggerated...but I didn't win a lot of times before and of course that if I ever won something, it was little and not as big as winning a ticket for a concert! Anyway, I think I almost fainted or something when I was told I won. I was so shocked!! Besides me, another girl who is my age (16) won, and we are good friends now and talk almost everyday on the phone (she lives quite far from me so I only saw her 4 times). We couldn't stop talking about the concert in the plane, in the hotel and everywhere!! :) When the concert was about to start I thought I'd faint, but I didn't. :) The concert was AMAZING!! My country (Israel) isn't too big so there aren't a lot of really famous singers and bands who visit my country, so I only got to see 5ive, when they performed here last october. Plus, this was a concert of my fave band-the Spice Girls! Westlife are my second fave band. One thing that was incredible, was that in the middle of the show there was a part that the music wasn't so loud and there wasn't a lot of screaming, and Victoria was really close to me (we were in the first row). So I started screaming "Victoria! Victiora!", and she heard me!! She waved 4 me and sent a kiss!!! I was SO happy!!! After the concert I felt like I was "flying without wings".............:) I thought this was it, but then one security guard came and asked for our names (me, the other girl who won-Anat, and the woman that was sent with us, Dganit. I guess these names sound strange 4 u.....:) ). Then he gave us 3 tickets for the "aftershow" party! It was an exlucive party actually, guests only. We thought the Spice Girls would be there. Many many fans wanted to enter the party, but there was a HUGE security guy (like in the movies......:) ) who didn't let them in. We were the only fans who could enter! All the fans looked at us jealously!!! It was a little bit funny. So finally we entered the room which the party went in. We looked for the Spice Girls of course, but unfortunately they weren't there.........:( We sat there and didn't do much, although there was some music and stuff, but then, suddenly Dganit said: "Hey, isn't it Bryan from Westlife standing next to the bar??" I thought she was joking, but then I saw she was actually right! He was standing there, and he was so cute and gorgeous!!! I was so nervous. I'm not sure why I didn't scream. I started telling Dganit-"Get for me his autograph!!! Go to him and ask for it, please!!!!" Anat did the same, and Dganit just said-"Are you crazy both of you? You are NOT going to loose this chance.....you come too!!!!!" I was so scared. It may sound silly, but I couldn't move. I think I've never been so nervous before so Dganit pushed me and Anat till we approched him. We couldn't say a word, so she asked him to take a pic with us. Bryan agreed with a big smile and hugged us!!!!!!!!! I don't know how I didn't fall!!!!!!!! While we were hugging Dganit took 1 pic. Then she asked him for his autograph, and he sighed 3 times!!!!!!! We then said goodbye and walked back to our place. Dganit went for a while to have a drink or something and I couldn't stop thinking of him..... :) I decided to be "brave" too, and told Anat to come with me. I took my camera and went to Bryan. I started talking to him, but he didn't hear anything, so he bent a little and I sarted saying in his ear (oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!)-"Can't I get another picture with u?" He said "of course!!" (!!!!!) and hugged just me. Anat took the pic, and then I was braver and said-"I really love u!" Oh my god....I can't believe I said it!!!!!!! He smiled and said "thank u," and then -"merry christmas!" (it was on the 15th of december). Then me and Anat walked back and this was the end...............it was the best day in my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! >> Back to main Fan Encounters page |
